VIRGO SEASON 2026

Virgo season runs from August 22 to September 22. The last four weeks of summer will be extremely transformative because of the lunar eclipse on August 28. Consider this month the perfect opportunity to shift beliefs and challenge the status quo. Total Solar Eclipse in Leo 2026

The first eclipse of the season is upon us! At 10:36 a.m. At 1:36 p.m. Eastern Time, the total solar eclipse in Leo shifts the universe when it peaks for 2 minutes and 18 seconds. The path of the eclipse spreads through the Arctic Ocean, Greenland, Iceland, the Atlantic Ocean, Portugal, and northern Spain. In areas of North America and Europe, it'll be partially visible.

Eclipses are moments that lead us to our current state of consciousness. They are the map that guides us to where we should be at the moment they happen. Usually, they occur on the lunar nodes of the Moon. The North Node (which is in Aquarius) is what we are pulling in, and the South Node (which is in Leo) is what we are releasing.

The solar eclipse links up with the South Node of Destiny in Leo, giving us the instinctual sense to free ourselves from situations and people that aren’t in alignment with our current desires. Being that the eclipse harmonizes with Saturn retrograde in Aries, it’ll be hard to get out of patterns and ruts that we are in. However, Saturn wants us to be responsible and evolve. The lesson is that only we know what is best for us; no one else does. Understanding that we are the powerful ones is crucial. Our personal lives will not be the same.

Collectively, old systems are falling, and shifts in leadership are emerging. The presence of Black Moon Lilith and the asteroid Lilith (both are in Sagittarius) speaks to the global frustration we’re feeling. Climate change is affecting different countries profoundly; stagnation in growth, the injustices we witness daily, and aggression with politicians are coming to a head. Pallas, the warrior asteroid, is in Aries and not afraid to fight for freedom. If you’re feeling antsy, you’re in the same position as everyone. Now, we are not going to watch silently — we are the revolution.

The parade of six planets configures in the sky, heightening the energy of the eclipse by ushering in systematic changes. Jupiter in Leo, Mercury in Leo, Mars in Cancer, Saturn retrograde in Aries, Uranus in Gemini, and Neptune retrograde in Aries line up alongside the Perseid rainbow meteor shower — yes, the shooting stars dance in color through the night sky.

The parade of planets speaks to the growth that we are undergoing. This summer’s rare Barbault Basket (also known as the four 4’s) brought sudden advances and unforeseen transformations. The parade of planets stimulates the energy of the Barbault Basket. The transit that peaked at the beginning of July, which connected Jupiter in Leo, Uranus in Gemini, Neptune retrograde in Aries, and Pluto retrograde in Aquarius at the same degree, is getting hit again by Mercury, one of the planets that take center stage in the cosmos. This marks the end of the discourse over the events that transpired over the past two months. The objective is to let go of anger and to heal our hearts.

Spiritually, meteor showers represent the onset of evolution. As shooting stars burn through the atmosphere, they signify the passage of time and the release of the past. It’s a reminder to be present and to appreciate everything we have, while envisioning what is possible. As long as we commit to progressing, we’ll be able to be at one with the stars and the universe.

July 14: The New Moon in Cancer intensifies our emotions, allowing us to mend our former feelings. 

July 15: Uranus in Gemini aspects Neptune retrograde in Aries, forging a new path for us to follow. 

July 18: Uranus in Gemini harmonizes with Pluto retrograde in Aquarius, offering a unique perspective to situations that change our assessments.

July 19: Mars in Gemini connects to Saturn retrograde in Aries, setting a high standard and implementing rules.

Aries 

Watch how you assert yourself in the next serval days. It is a wonderful week to take some calculated risks in your work and other aspects of life. Trying some new things to push boundaries (in a good way) brings you the attention you’re seeking if you use them properly!

Taurus 

Quiet reflection will be your best bet for maintaining your calm under pressure. Focus on the most practical and intricate matters at work and you should be able to concentrate on them accordingly. The Super New Moon in Cancer occurs on July 14 at 2:43 AM Pacific Time and 5:43 AM Eastern Time. The Moon is in close distance to the Earth, making its effects immense and intense. Being that the New Moon is in Cancer, we can expect the waterworks to flow and tears to fall.

Mercury retrograde in Cancer connects with the lunation, creating various emotions to emerge.

The Universe will ask us to focus on ourselves over the next few days. The New Moon shines a light on emotions, people, or situations we’ve been disregarding, but it's all in the name of personal evolution. Mercury’s moonwalk urges used to take a moment and reflect. Don't worry, though, if love truly is meant to land in our laps right now, it will find a way. It’ll be important to pair up with someone sensitive, insightful, and willing to give us the space we need to sort out our hearts.

If we run into insensitive behaviors from anyone during this time, take it as a sign to run (or crabwalk) for the hills. Take note of how much energy we are giving to them — if we are pouring more effort into the connection than we’re receiving, now is the opportunity to rethink the foundation of the relationship.

The other side to this energy is that we may take on a nurturing role within your friend circle. If we’re not interested in catering to the needs of others, ww should use this time for ourselves.

These aspects can also bring forth the temptation to gossip, which could ultimately send us in another direction. It won't serve us to participate in any mean-spirited rumors those around us might be engaging in, and getting involved could ultimately cause our egos to take a hit. Those who approach us better be in the mood to go deep, as the New Moon will leave us uninterested in games or folly. Mercury retrograde might tempt us to toy with someone, but it's best to stay in our lanes.
