WHEN: March 23 to June 11, then January 20, 2024, to September 1, 2024, and November 19, 2024, to March 9, 2043.  Pluto moves back into Capricorn from June 11 to January 20, 2024, and September 1, 2024, to November 19, 2024, during its retrograde phase.
