Which Goddess or Goddess Archetype do you most identify with and why?

I've always identified with Lilith. I've felt like an outcast, a maligned woman, a scapegoat, a serpent. Ever since I was young I imagined the Anti-Christ was a woman, and I felt perceived that way. Living amongst the puritanical and sexually repressed; being a bawdy and salacious girl has made me feel evil, and even then I knew evilness was a construct used to control unruly women. I chose to believe in Lilith and love her, and love her in me despite how painful it can be to be outcast. I also have become obsessed with the other half of the evil woman in Christianity myth-the Whore of Babylon because she wields her power for destruction and chaos, which I have been known to do.

How do you get in touch with/unleash your inner goddess ?

Nothing makes me feel more like a goddess than a good night at the club. I had been a practitioner of sex magick throughout my 20's but the wires of romance and co-dependence kept getting crossed and ending in heartbreak. Stripping is the perfect alchemy of turning goddess magick into gold. Putting my gifts to work and seeing tangible rewards makes me feel powerful and purposeful. There are some people who were put on the Earth to give pleasure and I am definitely one of them, I am just blessed I have a controlled outlet to exorcise my powers and use them for good rather than self destruction and chaos. Even the ritual of preparing for work or a lover, showering, shaving, putting on makeup and perfume alone in my apartment while listening to music is a ritual that puts me in touch with Venus every time, no matter how down or human I feel.

What are some important words of wisdom that you'd like to share with other Goddesses out there ?

I want to say be careful if you choose to pray to Kali, but it's an important part of everyone's journey to lose everything they love at least once. I think. Also, appreciate the gifts Venus gives you and never ask for more because it  p i s s e s   h e r  o f f. I think, in general, the most important lesson I've learned is to not be greedy and to count your fucking blessings.
